Once you've booked in you'll receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout.

How long is the package valid for?
Our Comedy Staycation Packages have a one year expiry from the date of purchase.
The package must be booked in prior to the expiry. If you do not know your expiry date please contact info@comedylounge.com.au

Do you have a cancelation policy?
Once the hotel reservation has been confirmed with the Parmelia Hilton it cannot be canceled.
