Get In TouchHow do I redeem a gift card?
On the giftcard you are provided a unique code where you can use at checkout. Simply enter the code and the money will be deducted from your giftcard.
What is the expiry of giftcards?
We give our customers 3 years to redeem digital giftcards.
What can the gift cards be used towards?
Gift cards can be used towards all tickets and packages on the Comedy Lounge website.
You can also use it for purchasing food and beverages at the our Perth CIty venue.
At this moment Fremantle Venue's bar is run by Sailing For Oranges and we cannot integrate our gift cards with their system.
Do you sell physical gift cards?
Not now. However, we will be implementing physical gift cards at some point in 2023.
How do I check my gift card balance.
On the home page click on the drop down menu and select check giftcard balance. You will be prompted to enter in your gift card code.
