Our website is hosted on WordPress, which provides the platform allowing us to showcase our services and sell tickets.

1. Ticketing and Website Purchases

1.1 Purchasing Tickets

Tickets are sold via our website and Eventbrite.com.au. Customers purchasing tickets via Eventbrite should also review Eventbrite’s policies. Please read the full listing details for each ticket before purchasing, including arrival time, start time, end time, date of the show, location, and ticket type. Each ticket purchased on the website grants a licence to attend the specific event listed and is subject to any additional terms provided by the event venue, which may include restrictions on cameras, recordings, or other devices.

1.2 No Cash Redemption

Tickets are not redeemable for cash.

1.3 Use of Image

By attending an event, you grant a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to the event organiser to use your image and likeness in photography, audio, video, or other media taken at the event, without further consent or compensation.

1.4 Pricing and Availability

Ticket prices, seating layouts, and other applicable charges are set by the Merchant. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include all relevant booking fees and GST.

1.5 Ticket Validity

Tickets are only valid for the date and time specified when purchased and cannot be used for any other show. Tickets must be purchased from Comedy Lounge Pty Ltd directly—tickets bought from unauthorised third parties are not valid, and we are not liable for any resulting financial loss.

1.6 Digital Gift Cards

• Digital Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards or vouchers issued as store credit will have an expiry set by Comedy Lounge.
• Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed online at www.comedylounge.com.au or in-person at 413 Murray Street, Perth.

1.7 Staycation Packages

• Staycation Packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to process booking requests.
• Availability of the Staycation Package depends on both the hotel and Comedy Lounge at the time of booking.
• Staycation Package tickets are subject to all terms outlined in 1.1 to 1.5.

2. Online Store Terms

By using our services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

A violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of our services.

3. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Any content submitted by you (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may undergo changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to exploit any part of our Service without express written permission from us.
