We do have payment facilities on the door, however we recommend purchasing tickets in advanced as we do sell out frequently.
How do I receive my tickets
Once your payment has been received you will be given a link to download your tickets. We will send a confirmation email as well.

Do you have an accessibility lift
This venue is not equipt with a lift to access the upstairs area where we are situated.
Sailing For Oranges does have a disability ramp to access the ground floor but no access to the upstairs area.
Is there assigned seating or is it general admission?
It's first in best dressed. We recommend getting to the venue 30 minutes prior to the show commencing for the best chance to sit where you like.

What is the cancellation or refund policy for purchased tickets?
Comedy Lounge has a strict no refund policy. As per our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy states all sales are final.
Full refunds will be issued in the event a show is cancelled or postponed.
In the event you are unable to attend the show you can provide your ticket to friends, family or colleagues to enjoy on your behalf.
