Locker Room Laughs

Blending live standup comedy with unfiltered chats featuring top sporting legends. Real stories, big laughs.

Locker Room Laughs is where standup comedy collides with elite sport. Hosted by Brian Shields, each show starts with live standup comedy from professional comedians before diving into unfiltered locker-room conversation with some of Australia’s most recognisable sporting figures. No scripts. No media training. Just real stories, big laughs, and behind-the-scenes moments you won’t hear anywhere else. Past guests have included Ben Cousins, Dane Swan, Mitchell Johnson, Nic Naitanui, Danny Green, and Jack Della Maddalena! With each event delivering a different mix of personalities, stories, and off-field insight. This is sport without the press conferences and comedy without the filters. Stand-up comedy meets sporting legends. What’s said in the locker room… usually stays there. Unless it’s at The Comedy Lounge.
