How do I book tickets?
Tickets are purchased online or at the door. Due to popular demand we strongly encourage purchasing tickets online in advanced.

Can I arrange a group booking?
Yes, please get in contact with our venue manager by emailing info@comedylounge.com.au
Is it allocated seating?
General Admission tickets are "first in best dressed" so we recommend arriving 30 minutes early if you wish to choose your seat.
Private Tables / Booths / Staycation Packages are allocated but we still ask that guests arrive 20 minutes early to be seated and served in time.
Do you cater for bucks or hens parties?
No we don't. If you are part of a bucks or hens party you will be refunded and turned way.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets are refundable up until 7 days before the show is scheduled to commence. Booking fees are not refundable.
*In the event a show is canceled customers will receive a full refund via the same payment method.
Can minors attend?
Our shows are not recommended for minors under the age of 18. In the event that a minor does attend, they are to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times as per the Liquor Control Act.
We ask customers not to bring their infants or toddlers to the show due to the volume of the show and disruption to other paying guests.
Is there parking nearby?
There are multi-store carparks located within walking distance to the venue.

Is there a bar and kitchen?
You sure can. We have a great selection of tap beer, wines, spirits and cocktails. We make fantastic pizzas and have nibbles that you can order whilst you enjoy the show.
